Blavatsky’s instructions to The Theosophical Society’s Esoteric Section mentions esoteric planetary colours, the “intra mercurial planet”, the Sun and Moon “veiling” hidden planets, and other elements of astrology from a theospohical viewpoint, much of which formed the foundation for Alice Bailey’s later work on the topic.
Huber, Bruno and Louise (2006).
Astrology and the Seven Rays (revised and updated version, HopeWell, UK) One of a number of books by the Hubers, who set up the Arcane School in Geneva and studied with Roberto Assagioli. They were among the first to develop unique methods for applying Alice Bailey’s esoteric principles specifically to astrology. Their more recent books were translated into English relatively recently by Barry Hopewell. The Astrological Psychology Association (APA) no longer exists, although the APA website has been preserved with downlodable APA publications and (on request) PDFs of the magazine Conjunction. Their son Michael Huber maintains the Huber School Germany website. As an example of this work, PDFs of a couple of significant articles by the Hubers are lsted below.

Brennan, Chris (2013)

Huber, Louise (1983)
Transcription of talk to the Astrological Association, The Spiritual Triad: Uranus, Neptune, Pluto. Describes the first three initiations, and the two triads of planets associated with them in the Huber approach: Saturn->Uranus, Moon->Neptune, Sun->Pluto, which differs a little from Alice Bailey’s scheme, (and there is no mention of Vulcan) although it describes the same process, with a brief summary of these initiations. It also contains one of the principle diagrams of their astrological work: the “Huber Bottle” (drawn in the shape of an Amphora) that maps the planets and the three initiations. Bruno and Louise Huber were part of Alice Bailey’s inner circle, and worked on their own adaptations of esoteric astrology.
