Triangles: Capricorn Aquarius Pisces

A triangle within two interconnected six-pointed stars, on two levels.

One of two stars formed by nine signs. The first is the six-pointed star of humanity (see Cancer-Leo-Virgo), the second its inner correspondence, involving the triangle Aries-Taurus-Gemini

Level 1

(The following information is duplicated under Cancer-Leo-Virgo)

Cancer - Capricorn
the slow rhythm of mass life—either instinctually active or the reactions of an imposed consciousness which is a result of chosen experience after initiation. It connotes mass life, leading to group life after the experience of initiation, for which its polar opposite Capricorn stands…
Leo - Aquarius
the sign of individuality and of self-conscious effort … group life … finds full expression in Aquarius which completes the experience of Leo and fuses it with that of Cancer and Capricorn.
Virgo - Pisces
Gestation of soul awareness in Virgo, proceeding through labour in Capricorn, reaches birth of full human awareness in Pisces, able to give back to humanity what has been gained throughout the entire process of development.

This interlacing of the two above triangles constitutes what is called a triangle [star] of humanity and… it concerns the relation of the individual to the mass of humanity and of the disciple to the group. …the planet Neptune… is predominantly active in bringing about such an activity in Cancer that adequate momentum can be set up which will produce progress (through the intervening signs) to Aquarius. (EA 275-6)

Level 2

The three signs of this triangle also interact with the primary three signs of the zodiac, the triangle Aries-Taurus-Gemini.

When these six types of energy are fused and blended… you will then find emerging … one of the symbols of the sixth initiation. Alice Bailey calls this the Star of Christ, noting that it is the spiritual aspect of King Solomon’s seal.(EA 389)

Pisces
That which is begun or ‘entered into’ at the first initiation is consummated and completed in Pisces.
Aquarius
That which impelled to the process of involution and evolution (the desire to incarnate) takes form at the second initiation in the will-to-liberation in Taurus and finds itself released through the will-to-serve—universally in Aquarius.
Capricorn
That which is fluid and changeable in Gemini produces the great shift in consciousness which distinguishes the initiate from the disciple. This, at the third initiation becomes a fixed attitude in Capricorn. The concrete form life is transcended and the inner [being] reorients and assumes an unchangeable direction. (EA 390)
